Viyvan introduces “Khairthal Steelworks Hub,” a large-scale industrial project in Rajasthan that redefines modern fabrication and warehouse architecture.
This industrial project was commissioned to meet the growing warehousing and fabrication needs of the Khairthal region. Built with prefabricated steel and efficient spatial zoning, the shed delivers a cost-effective, durable, and scalable solution for mid-to-large-scale industrial operations.
From wide-span column-free working floors to climate-managed ventilation and integrated docking bays, every feature was tailored to streamline workflow and ensure longevity in challenging weather conditions. With provisions for machinery, mezzanine additions, and multiple floor plans, the site is future-adaptive and maintenance-friendly.
